The Norwegian group that's driving antique cars the length of Route 66 made its way into Strafford, Mo., on its way to nearby Springfield, according to the Springfield News-Leader.
Here's something that cracked me up:
"What surprised the group so far is the attention we get from the public when driving. People are yelling and honking their horns" in delight when spotting the cars, Kjensli said.
If you saw a 1950 Mercury coupe, a 1960 Cherolet Kingswood station wagon, a 1957 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz — all in pristine condition — wouldn't you yell and honk your horn in delight, too?
You can see the cars on the group's Web site at Cruise66.com.
