The Duke City Fix, an collective blog about all things about Albuquerque, has some interesting tidbits today from contributor Johnny Mango:
- Details about the street designs for when streetcars are installed along Central Avenue, aka Route 66.
- New crosswalks on Central.
- A grant has been awarded to restore the historic murals at the De Anza Motel.
- The city has tightened booze sales along Central Avenue to keep down the number of drunken pedestrians — no single tall-boy beers, miniature booze bottles, or hopped-up wine.
