It’s not a pretty thick Dutch accent you hear.
It’s pretty thick Spanish.
The band is called: La Mocosa.
In fact the video is a duplicate.
You Tube removed the original soundtrack,of “Get yout kicks on Route 66”, with the Rolling Stones music.
So I published it again with a trak track matched that original music the most.
It’s a pure coincident.
