There are plenty of videos on the Internet of the historic Pony Bridge on Route 66 near Bridgeport, Oklahoma.
However, it’s likely you haven’t seen one from this angle. Pointing the camera behind a moving vehicle creates an interesting visual effect. The good stuff happens near the 1:15 mark.
The Pony Bridge was built over the South Canadian River in 1933 and makes a brief appearance in the movie “The Grapes of Wrath.” It’s more than 3,900 feet long and consists of 38 pony trusses.
The person who posted the video has some other motorcycle cruising videos on his channel, including one around the Laguna Curve near Laguna, New Mexico.
