The Decades on Wheels complex in the 1100 block of Military Avenue (aka Route 66) of Baxter Springs includes Cafe on the Route, Rita’s Roost and the soon-to-open Spin Out arcade.
Decades of Wheels opened in October with a series of high-profile downtown concerts — including the final one by Steppenwolf founder John Kay before his retirement. But the complex underwent some work since then and continues to do so.
Decades of Wheels also is slated to host its second annual car show June 21-22 that includes food trucks and free entertainment.

I trust there is ample fire protection – sprinklers, etc. A collector of Series Land Rovers in the UK saw most of his collection destroyed in a barn fire recently.
