For you readers across the pond, London-based Route 66 Beer is set to unveil a new bottle and six-pack at the Tax Free World Association World Exhibition in Cannes, France, next month, reports Just-Drinks.com.
The new bottle features a rock guitarist with the same design reflected on the six-pack with the backdrop of the road itself also featured, the company said today (6 October).
Route 66 is an “all-natural” light pilsner-style beer with four ingredients: water, barley, hops and yeast.
Here’s a screen capture of the new design from Route 66 Beer’s Web site:
The beer company’s Web site actually has some Route 66 content on it. It includes images from Amboy, Calif., and what appears to be Galena, Kan. It also includes a short history and interactive map of the road.
To whom it may concern,
Can you send me information in relation to your Route 66 Beer,as pictured above, as recently during a very enjoyable two week holidays for a trip to the US,we covered as much as we could of the Mother Road.
A friend of mine collects bottles of beers of the World, and I feel this would be a unique one to have. I picked up a bottle of Route 66 root beer, from the Toy Museum shop next door to the Jessie James Museum, which happened to be closed the day we stopped off to do so,but later found it to be more of a soda pop!!, then a beer.
Any information would be very appreciated in relation to the availability of real alcohol beer rather then soda pop!, eg the cost of a 6 pack, including postage and packaging to Ireland in Euros.
Please forward this information to the following address, Limitededition@vodafone.ie
Many thanks in advance,
Yours Sincerely,
