An explanation about the Spooklight?

Paul A. Roales has studied the tri-state phenomenon called Spooklight, or the Hornet Ghost Light, for decades. His conclusion: The light is caused by the headlights of cars from nearby Route 66. The historic Tri-County Truck Stop on old Route 66 in Villa Ridge, Mo., is known by roadies for its good grub, especially its country ham, not paranormal activity.
