A Meramec River bridge leading to Route 66 State Park near Eureka, Mo., is closed for repairs, and it’s not known for how long, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

However, the article provides helpful information on how to visit the park by other means:

Park visitors can use an alternate route to the main day-use area in the west end of the park, said Sue Holst, a state parks spokeswoman. Motorists should use Williams Road at Exit 265 from eastbound Interstate 44. Park visitors traveling on westbound I-44 can turn around at Route 109, then exit at Williams.

People can still get to the park visitor center, which remains open, by exiting the highway at Lewis Road (Exit 266).
