Here’s a photo taken at 10 a.m. today at John’s Modern Cabins, off old Route 66 near Arlington, Mo. The area had been covered by a snowstorm the day before.

I’m just happy to see that they’re still standing. Last time I was by, they were looking in pretty bad shape. See ‘em while you can, folks, I don’t think they’ll be there for long. :(

Wish Albert Okura, or someone like him, could rescue those cabins.

Outside Kellyville, OK there used to be four or five little rock cabins. They’re gone now, to make room for a wharehouse.

Don’t loose these, too.

We’ve visited these cabins and got some nice pics of them. So sad to see them in such a state of decay, but they are still hanging on. This one of the snow makes them look almost mystical. This picture of Johns Modern Cabins would make a nice puzzle.
