Ed Klein at Route 66 World made a very good video about the recent repainting of an abandoned gas station in Tucumcari, N.M., into an old-time Phillips 66 station.
I’ve been told that the Tucumcari volunteers will repaint another building in the coming weeks.

Actually – the owners (Junior and Donna) are in the video (I say a quick HELLO to them) and they were SO grateful of all the work we were able to complete.
If I am able to get updated pictures / video with the gas pumps installed as well as a car painted on the side of the station, I will post them!
